\begin{abstract}
	Algorithmic processes that operate on the massive data traffic the participatory web culture \emph{WEB 2.0} brought personalize and shape the digital reality of the individuals by controlling the information flow. This paper aims to analyze the contemporary algorithmic governance on digital networks through a Foucauldian perspective to analyze its mechanism in the context of biopolitics and draw connections to different arts of governances.
